This is a particularly exciting time to get involved. Futures is ambitious about what it can achieve for its customers and communities, and the Board plays a central role in setting direction, supporting innovation and holding the organisation to account.

We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in a range of areas such as sustainability, asset management and investment, finance, audit and risk, or customer experience. But most important is your belief in the value of social housing and your willingness to contribute to a collective conversation about what good looks like.

You don't need to have been a non-executive before. If you care about purpose-driven work, can bring a fresh perspective, and are ready to ask good questions and listen well, this could be a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting contribution.
